Paper Players “Balloon” Challenge – PP283

This week over at The Paper Players blog, the challenge was to create a CAS project showcasing balloons. This is what I came up with:

 

The curvy side of the card was freehand cut, and I put a piece of Bermuda Bay cardstock on the inside of the card to give it some contrast. A few of the balloons were popped up using dimensionals, and finally I added a touch of the Wink of Stella clear pen to highlight the balloons and the stars.
